Our History - where it all began...
eks Solutions has a history dating back to 1951 when John Hebenton commenced practice under the name of J A Hebenton & Associates, located in Como which provided tax and accounting services.

In the mid 1970's, Keith Edwards and Richard Karwacki became partners and the practice experienced continued growth.

In 1980 John Hebenton retired and the name of the practice was changed to Edwards Karwacki & Co. In 1985 Mark Smith was made a partner and in 1986 the practice was incorporated and renamed "Edwards Karwacki Smith Pty Ltd".

In 2003, following on from the creation of the Australian Solutions Group, eks became a member and the name was changed to eks Solutions.

A number of changes have taken place since then in order to ensure that eks Solutions continues to offer the best service available to its clients.
